| dc.description | The objective is to estimate consumer willingness-to-pay (WTP) for pork chops produced under an integrated program which is designed to reduce the incidence of Salmonella. A double-bounded model is estimated to determine Kansas and Indiana consumers WTP for these pork chops. The median WTP is $4.92 per pound. | |
