dc.descriptionThis fact sheet presents the following course: Sustainable Development Goal 12.3 is defined as the goal that, “by 2030, halve per capita global food waste at the retail and consumer levels and reduce food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses.”The e-learning course covers the sub-indicator 12.3.1.a the Food Loss Index (FLI) which will aid countries in reducing food losses along production and supply chains. The lesson covers the index and its components, along with strategies and guidelines for collecting, integrating and modelling the necessary data from a variety of sources.
