This document presents a snapshot of the cattle (beef and dairy) and poultry (meat) production systems in Kenya as agreed by key national stakeholders affected by the livestock sector, notably the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Health and Kenya National Bureau of Statistics.
