This flyer aims to provide information on applying the principles of post-harvest management of cauliflower and impact solutions for improving the quality and shelf-life of cauliflower in local markets. Good post-harvest handling practice along with simple technologies were piloted with stakeholders in traditional cauliflower supply chains in Nepal.
