Descripción

Inadequate hygiene and sanitation facilities at slaughterhouses in Kenya have been shown to lead to contamination of meat and transmission of pathogens. Meat inspectors visit slaughter facilities daily; their duties could be expanded to include training workers on hygiene practices.
