Descripción
The ENACT course aims to achieve a broad understanding of nutrition education issues, and acquaintance with the process of successful diet change, with some hands-on competence and confidence. It has been extensively piloted in African universities. The ONLINE version of the course has been successfully adapted from the face-to-face version using Moodle, a leading open-source virtual learning platform.
