dc.descriptionThis curriculum was prepared under the project "Upgrading Technical Agricultural Education System in Lebanon, OSRO / 601 / LEB / NET". In line with the SGD 4, this Curriculum was prepared by FAO - in cooperation with AVSI and WARD. This curriculum aims to train young people and familiarize them with areas related to olive harvest and post-harvest operations, through its application in training and technical and vocational education for the age group of 14 to 25 years. At the end of this training, the trainee will be able to familiarize himself with the olive harvest operations and stages, to transfer the crop to the mill using the correct methods, to get acquainted with the resources related to post-harvest transactions, and to apply the proper methods of olive pressing and oil storage.
