Descripción
Assessing food safety is the first step in securing food safety. FAO will support the government of Uganda in conducting a food safety assessement so that the government can develop strategic plans to improve food safety in the country based on solid data. The process will support Uganda in enhancing food safety standards and open trade opportunities, while enhancing harmonization of food standards in the country and in the region.
