Practical Guidelines on three locust species in Caucasus and Central Asia cover biology, ecology and behavior of the Italian Locust Calliptamus italicus (CIT), Moroccan Locust Dociostaurus maroccanus (DMA) and Asian Migratory Locust (LMI). The introductory chapter provides information on locusts in general, including the phenomenon of phase polyphenism.
