In the Beef CRC, Sustainable Beef Profit Partnership (BPP) teams meet regularly
to measure their current performance, set targets for future productivity increases, and use a profitability framework to assess the potential impact of improvements, innovations and new technologies in their beef businesses. Their decisions and actions are based on the Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CI&I) process. Capacity building and partnership outcomes are also assessed, and the BPP teams are supported with
appropriate tools and resources. In this paper the achievements of the project to date are assessed against the project targets and issues in implementation of the project are discussed.
