dc.descriptionThe purpose of this study was to identify, locate and quantify the feasibility and consumption of biomass resources in the province of Santa Fe in order to promote the development of renewable energy. In this sense, a diagnosis was made of the supply and demand of fuels derived from biomass in the territory, following criteria sustainability rivers. Thus, a bioenergetic balance at the provincial, which was disaggregated at departmental level and census radio. By virtue of this, a geospatial database was constructed with information provided by different national and provincial agencies, public and private. In Santa Fe, in order to execute the Project actions, a specialized technical team was set up with the objective of managing the information available in the various institutions for the implementation of the WISDOM methodology and institutionalize the procedure of spatial analysis of resources biomastics through training and methodological transfer to the local experts.
