This paper analyses data concerning official external assistance to the fisheries sectors of developing countries from 1985 to 1989. The analysis was carried out by type of activity assisted by external donors, through technical or capital aid. Sub-regional analysis of aid, according to the source of aid and type of aid activity are shown in the Appendix tables.
