The purpose of the article is to evaluate the features of formation of the economic mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of agricultural enterprises in the components market conditions. This article defines the essence of the concept of “economic mechanism of maintenance of efficiency of agricultural enterprises”. On the basis of the collected and processed accordingly theoretical material developed a scheme to ensure the effectiveness of the economic mechanism of agricultural enterprises. We characterize the elements of the organizational and economic components to ensure effective management in the agricultural enterprises, as well as the degree of influence of the constituent elements of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. Summarizes the theoretical basis to ensure effective management in the agricultural enterprises in the conditions of market transformations.
