| dc.description | In 1997 the U.S. fresh cut flower industry terminated their first mandatory generic promotions program. Since then a voluntary program has been implemented in five U.S. cities, targeting female flower buyers. Using 13 control and 5 target cities, the promotion impacts are estimated and the structural implications are set forth. | |
