This report presents the outcome of the Feasibility Studies conducted in three pilot communities of Armavir Marz, Armenia to analyse in detail the existing situation regarding farm structures, land abandonment, and to assess the demand and feasibility of application of land management instruments to improve farm structures. The study is part of the FAO TCP Project “Establishment of land management instruments and institutional framework to address land abandonment” (TCP/ARM/3705) implemented during November 2019-December 2021.
