This report is necessarily preliminary and is designed primarily to provide a general outline of feasible administrative and financial structures for an agricultural insurer. It alson briefly sketches the procedures that need to be followed for stablishing and operating a financially viable insurer so that the insurer will not become an additional burden upon limited sate resources Este informe es necesariamente preliminar y está diseñado principalmente para proporcionar un esquema general de estructuras administrativas y financieras viables para una aseguradora agrícola. También describe brevemente los procedimientos que deben seguirse para establecer y operar una aseguradora financieramente viable para que la aseguradora no se convierta en una carga adicional para los recursos estatales limitados.
