Technical improvements were piloted in Bangladesh with stakeholders in traditional tomatoes supply chains. This flyer aims to provide information on applying the principles of post-harvest management of tomato and impact solutions improving the quality and shelf-life in local markets. Technical improvements were piloted with stakeholders in traditional supply chains. Qualitative and quantitative losses and shelf-life were assessed with specific improvements introduced are summarized in this flyer.
