<p>The <b>ENACT course </b>provides an introduction to the practice of nutrition education. This is a ten-and-a-half unit “blended learning” course, requiring a mix of independent work, “outside activities” which explore aspects of real life (including a mini Nutrition Education project), and tutorials.
