Cambodia's outlook paper outlines changes in administration of forests in recent years and government efforts to gain control over the forestry sector and support sustainable forest management in collaboration with development partners and NGOs. The National Forest Programme will guide forestry to 2020. Two key factors are highlighted in determining the future of forestry: commitment to forest-related policy implementation and level of community participation.
