This report is the result of the work of a one-member team deployed for the Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) of the project, Support to the EC Programme on Linking Information and Decision-Making to Improve Food Security for Selected Greater Mekong sub-regional Countries, funded by the European Community (DCI-FOOD/2008/172-321) and implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (GCP/RAS/247/EC). The team conducted its duty independently and this report does not necessarily r epresent the views or opinions of the European Union or of the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations.
