EVALUACIÓN AGRONÓMICA DE LA COINOCULACIÓN DE Bradyrhizobium japonicum Y HONGOS MICORRIZÓGENOS ARBUSCULARES EN EL CULTIVO DE LA SOYA SOBRE SUELO FERRALÍTICO ROJO COMPACTADO

dc.descriptionIn the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences (INCA), under the conditions of two compacted Red Ferralític soils, two field experiments were developed with soybean Tapachula cv., with the objective of evaluating the effects of single inoculation with Bradyrhizobium japonicum and mycorrhizal fungus as well as their combined inoculation on the cultivation. Results showed significant differences among treatments for both locations; a positive effect of different strains was evident either in their simple forms or combined ones, the biggest effects being presented when the double inoculation Bradyrhizobium japonicum -arbuscular micorrhiza was used, with yield increments from 4 to 15 % regarding mi- neral fertilization and from 4 to 11 % in relation to the single inoculant Bradyrhizobium obtained by a traditional medium, depending on the edaphoclimatic conditions of the studies. No significant differences were recorded among the different types of Bradyrhizobium used, which proves the feasibility of using new culture media to substitute the traditional ones.
