The best retirement and pension program for any organization is normally the one which has been designed to reflect the individual circumstances and objectives of that organization. The organization's goals, philosophy, composition of employees, and preference of top management are all factors which have a bearing on plan design. It is with this in mind that we attempt to analyze the feasibility of a separate retirement and pension plan for the InterAmerican Institute of Agricul tural Sciences .
