| dc.description | Land cover data is vital in understanding livelihoods, food security and both exposure and sensitivity to climatic risks. It was obtained from the ESA Worldcover (2021) as a technical support to the GEF-8 Clean and Healthy Oceans Integrated Programme (IP). The overarching aim of the IP is to mitigate coastal pollution from agricultural, industrial, and municipal sources. Therefore, land cover data is crucial in understanding potential sources of pollution across the river basin. | |
