Descripción
This information note provides an overview of UN-Nutrition following the merger of the United Nations System Standing Committee on Nutrition and the UN Network for the Scaling Up Nutrition Movement in 2020. It outlines UN-Nutrition's "working as one" approach, including its vision, mission and goals, as well as its governance and accountability mechanisms. The information note also highlights the UN actors that engage through the platform and the coordination modalities applied at the country, regional and global levels. Additionally, short case studies are included to illustrate how UN-Nutrition operates with concrete examples.
