The “Science and Innovation in Agriculture” rollup was made for the Science & Innovation Day at the FAO Representation Office in the Kyrgyz Republic. As part of the FAO Science and Innovation Forum 2023 and in the framework of the FAO REU project “Reinforcing capacities in Science-Policy Interfaces” the FAO Representation Office in the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K. I. Skryabin plan to organize practical conference "Science and innovation in agriculture". This event seeks to highlight the role of science and innovation at national and local levels to enable science and evidence-based decision-making for accelerating the transformation to more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient agrifood systems.
