This flyer presents a conversation with Bunlom Phantavong, a rice and fish farmer in the Lao People's Democratic Republic. He trains other farmers and works within a FAO project to help farmers learn sustainable integrated rice-fish farming techniques and to protect ecosystem biodiversity. The paddy rice landscape also produces frogs, crabs, shrimps, eels, insects and other small animals.
