The article describes the main forms of implementation of the financial mechanism of agricultural enterprises and methods of evaluation of the financial mechanism of enterprises. Options for best performance of agricultural enterprises through effective financial mechanism are highlighted. Methods of assessing the financial mechanism of agricultural enterprises needed to ensure the efficient use of financial resources in the enterprise is investigated. The article characterizes basic forms of realization of the financial mechanism of agricultural enterprises and its components self-financing, lending, public funding. Methodical approaches to formation of the financial mechanism inherent to agricultural enterprises and the key role of each methodical approach to the process of formation is considered.
