The object of this study was evaluation of farm incomes in the various area groups of individual farms located in Lower Silesia. The main aim of the study was to determine the effect of the new rules of the Common Agricultural Policy in terms of direct payments to agricultural income. Studies have shown that financial support in this category does not cause a significant variation in the profitability of individual farms in selected area groups. Moreover, the additional payment and payment for the “greening” also significantly not affect the economic result of the farm. Simulation study confirmed that in relation to previous year (2014) the total quotaof direct payments supporty might be lower.
