Descripción
The GCP/VIE/029/ITA Project underwent a Tripartite External Evaluation in March 2008, followed by a Management Response in October 2008. After one year, a follow-up report is herewith provided, listing the state of implementation of the recommendation formulated by the evaluators and a comment for each one. The general conclusions to which the Tripartite External Evaluation came to were shared by the FAO country office and the counterpart GoV. Virtually all the recommendations were accepted and implemented both during the remaining first phase of the project and in the designing of the project second phase.
