The general objectives of providing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive or projective and prescriptive information will include the following: (1) to describe the more important characteristics of the milk pricing system of Spain; (2) to diagnose some of the shortcomings of the present system; and (3) to prescribe possible changes in the pricing system leading to improved performance. | |
