| dc.description | Details are given of activities conducted in the framework of the project on integrated community development of traditional fisheries along the south coast of Madagascar, regarding the supply of fishing material and gear to the villages involved in the project so as to enable the setting up of a system for sales or hire-purchase. Recommendations are given for the functionning of such a system for material acquired under the fishery and aquaculture development fund. This would then allow the loc al fishermen to carry out rational fishing and supply good quality fish products on the market. | |
