The paper aims to analyze the article concerns the aspects of horizontal integration in the scope of the
risk limitation in the agricultural production. The producers’ cooperation strengthen their market’s position.
Such a commercial structure allows the implementation of risk management methods, which are not accessible
for single producers. The horizontal integration in Poland is not ample. Thus it is necessary to implement
some legal instruments to improve the integration. The farmers should be convinced to cooperate and one
of the main incentive should be the financial support. The effective and common risk’s stimulation seems
to be necessary.
