Describes changes in rangeland utilization (human activity) which affect the environment, and especially the primary productivity. Presents the data collection methodology including measured parameters, methodology including measured parameters, methodological constraints and proposed method; and the description of the environment, land use and grazing pressure, and synthesis of data. Ends with a discussion on the selection of sites an application to SORDU (Southern Rangelands Development Unit)
