The Pachamikuy Ordinance, approved in 2025 by the Municipality of Pachacamac, is a milestone in promoting healthy diets and sustainable food systems. However, its implementation faces significant challenges: securing an adequate budget, strengthening municipal technical capacities, and ensuring spaces for citizen participation.
In this video, key actors—local authorities, civil society, academia, and international organizations—reflect on the challenges and lessons learned from this process.
