dc.descriptionLittle research has been done on the economic benefits of snowmobiling. This study used a cluster analysis and the travel cost method to identify different snowmobiler segments and estimate their respective consumer surplus values. Consumer surplus estimates ranged from $12 to $49 per day for the different segments.
