The control of invasive alien species (IAS) is an international problem with international dimensions. This article examines the constitutional, institutional and legislative frameworks for the implementation of the international norms for the control of IAS in Ghana. It identifies gaps or limitations and proffers some recommendations to address the weaknesses in the existing regime.
