The Grass to Cash @ Scale project multistakeholder meeting, organized by the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, took place at Diamond Rock Hotel, Kakamega, on March 1-2, 2022. The workshop included 19 participants from various organizations, including the Alliance, KALRO, Ripple Effect (formerly SAC), GIZ, farmers, dairy cooperatives, U-Farm, and the Department of Livestock (Kakamega). The meeting aimed to develop a common understanding of the project objectives, refine the Theory of Change, validate monitoring and learning protocols, and draft an activity plan. The workshop featured presentations, plenary discussions, and interactive breakout sessions to ensure active participation and collaboration among stakeholders.
