Descripción
Despite the important, multifunctional role that forests play in the health of the global environment, there is a lack of high-quality, up-to-date educational materials on forests for schoolchildren. This project was designed to fill this gap by fostering the development of contextualized forest education modules in the United Republic of Tanzania and the Philippines to ensure that forest resources are safeguarded for future generations and that forests are sustainably managed for years to come.
