This publication presents final chicken and egg estimates, including some revisions, for 1980-83. Data covered include estimates for December 1 inventory and value of chickens monthly and quarterly layers, rat9' of lay,and egg production. This report continues the official series published in Statistical Bulletin No. 654, issued January 1981. Estimates contained in this publication provide a historic record and a benchmark for current
estimates.
