This report describes some of the evolving trends in cities’ efforts to improve the food systems that sustain their populations. It also provides a description of the Milan Pact Award process which –thanks to the 2016 and 2017 submissions- allowed to collect and analyze valuable city practices, and to identify these enlightening trends.
