"This conservation guide is one of a series of publications which illustrate conservation techniques, examples of land rehabilitation and watershed management principles, primarily for mountain land, forests, eroded areas and other lands not normally used for intensive agriculture. The papers are based on case studies from all regions but are mainly oriented to provide practical examples of interest to developing countries.
