Cooperation between Hungary and FAO dates back nearly 20 years, when the first FAO office opened in Budapest. The partnership has continued to grow, with Hungary providing continuing support to the achievement of FAO’s strategic objectives. The country is now an active resource partner, supporting FAO technical assistance, particularly in the Region.
