In 2024, the Amazon Biodiversity Fund (ABF)—a USD 50 million impact vehicle co-designed with the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)—consolidated its governance and institutionalized integrated biodiversity and social monitoring across the Brazilian Amazon. Through TerraBio and TerraSocio, evidence generated in 2024 and 2025 now directs USD 50 million in capital allocation, performance incentives, and adaptive management across the Brazilian Legal Amazon regions of Amazonas, Pará, and Rondônia, until 2030.
