The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many countries to adopt lockdown measures, including domestic and international travel restrictions and other limitations. These exceptional circumstances have impacted our FAO-GEF projects since February 2020, including the planning of our Mid-Term Reviews (MTRs).
In this context, we offer this supplementary note to complement the Guide for planning and conducting Mid-Term Reviews of FAO-GEF projects and programmes as projects organize MTRs in the time of COVID-19.
