El OPSAa contribuye al fortalecimiento de capacidades para cambiar la forma de diseñar políticas en las Américas, al brindar un espacio para la reflexión, el análisis de políticas y sus contextos nacionales e internacionales, y el intercambio de buenas prácticas, perspectivas y visiones de futuro. Con esta herramienta, el IICA busca apoyar la toma de decisiones de los formuladores de políticas y propiciar alianzas y mayor cooperación e intercambio de experiencias entre actores y países de la región.
The Observatory of Public Policies for Agrifood Systems contributes to strengthening capacities to change the way policies are designed in the Americas, by providing a space for reflection, analysis of policies and their national and international contexts, and the exchange of good practices, perspectives and future visions. With this tool, IICA seeks to support the decision-making of policymakers and foster alliances and greater cooperation and exchange of experiences between actors and countries in the region.
