| dc.description | Forestry development in Germany and China does not seem to be comparable due to differences in nature, politics, economy, society, culture and demographic situation, but the comparative study on these still has great important theoretical and practical significance. Taking into account the significant differences between the two countries, a comparative analysis was carried out through following aspects from (1) forestry policies, strategies and programs, (2) legal regulatory, administrative and socio-economic framework conditions, (3) tools and provisions and other aspects of bilateral forest protection and sustainable forest management. Researches on forest protection and sustainable forest management framework were carried out by combination of forestry development and historical review discussion in order to learn from the German experiences to promote the development of China's forestry. | |
