dc.descriptionIn the article the trends in the dynamics and structure of production and consumption of total meat in Poland was presented. A broader perspective time period 1989-2012, takes into account for the analysis. Changes in the quantitative structure of meat consumption per capita were assessigned, and also the structure of consumption for years 2013-2015 were predicted.
