Descripción
The SDG formulation process involved a wide range of voices on how to advance the planet’s economic and social development. With SDG implementation now in full swing, it is necessary to sustain this participatory approach to realize the 2030 Agenda. Building on FAO’s extensive Food Security and Nutrition (FSN) Network, the proposed programme will develop an online consultation platform to convene public policy dialogue and knowledge sharing on major food security, nutrition, agriculture and rural development-related themes geared towards the achievement of the SDGs. As a one-stop-venue for policy consultations feeding into SDG-relevant processes, the programme will draw in a wide range of stakeholders to help achieve the 2030 Agenda at global, regional and country level.
