The Special Fund for Emergency and Resilience Activities (SFERA) enables the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to respond swiftly and flexibly to food and agricultural emergencies. This annual report outlines the major operations supported by Norway’s contributions to SFERA between November 2022 and June 2026, with a focus on activities carried out in 2024, 2025 and 2026. It presents financial data and highlights the impact of Norway’s support on FAO’s emergency response and resilience-building efforts worldwide.
