Descripción
The subregion of Asia remains fragile and highly exposed to the spread of transboundary plant pests and animal diseases, the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the increasing impact of climate change and conflict. This has required FAO to adapt and adopt an array of programmes/projects and innovative solutions. This publication gives an overview of the emergency and resilience activities implemented in Asia in 2021.
